Manage and grow the affiliate marketing program on Awin via partner development and recruitment, whilst maintaining the integrity of the Graze brand.
What we did
To streamline partner recruitment and ensure optimal performance, we leveraged our strong relationships and in-depth understanding of our publisher partners. Conducting regular audits, we carefully evaluated partners on the program, ensuring alignment with Graze's business ethics and driving meaningful engagement. Additionally, we established essential tools and links to empower content and influencer partners to maximize their impact.
We identified areas for growth in our partner network
By obtaining gap analyses from the network and other sources, we identified areas for growth in our partner network. Implementing strategic plans, we utilized various tactics such as onsite promotions, sales, voucher codes, CPA increases, and tailored incentives to drive sales while maintaining the program's wider objectives. Taking into account different affiliate types, we customized strategies based on factors such as promotion frequency, discount levels, and desired margins.
EngageMore worked with us for a few months tidying up our Affiliates account. They reported really thoroughly each week, gave advice and recommendations on next steps and managed some key relationships for us, while breaking ground with new ones.
