The brief
Raise the profile of WeShop within the affiliate marketing, make connections with key network and advertiser contacts representing WeShop, and achieve improved commission rates. Also help to build and shape the commercial and product marketing teams.
What we did
Introductory presentation and networking sessions were held with all key networks and agencies. Also presented the WeShop proposition face to face and in video calls to key advertisers. New partnerships established with major retail advertisers plus significant optimisation of commercial positions with existing advertisers both in terms of commission and the introduction and establishment of tenancy as a new incremental revenue stream, outside of the original brief.
The introduction of tenancy was pivotal
New media decks were created to a highly professional standard, effectively communicating to partners how WeShop’s business model works, the key benefits of partnering and opportunities for advertisers to optimise their performance with WeShop.
EngageMore also effectively identified appropriate candidates for three positions within theCommercial and Product Marketing teams, all of whom were ultimately hired through EngageMore's recruitment process.
