The brief
Provide interim affiliate marketing program management whilst assisting the People Partner team to recruit a permanent Affiliate Manager. Optimise performance of key partners to maximise sales to contribute to high volume targets for the digital channel. Also, develop and execute a strategy for launching Paperchase’s gift card proposition into the market.
What we did
We fostered strong partnerships with key cashback and voucher publishers, strategically collaborating to generate significant spikes in sales performance. By working closely with other paid media channel owners at Paperchase, we identified opportunities for affiliate partners to contribute in a complementary manner, including through CSS initiatives. Additionally, we formed a valuable partnership with a B2B gift card network, enabling Paperchase to access a new audience of over 25 million without incurring any initial costs or risks.

Furthermore, we successfully recruited a talented affiliate manager who seamlessly took over responsibilities at the end of our term, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of performance.
